Job Summary :

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic professional to spearhead the development of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and service business opportunities, particularly in water treatment systems such as Ultrapure Water (UPW), Wastewater Treatment (WWT),and Water Reclamation (WWR) systems for semiconductor manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth, expansion, and operational effectiveness of our business within Singapore and across the ASEAN region. This includes ensuring all activities are closely aligned with the overall objectives of the company and cultivating robust relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities：

·  Lead and oversee all business developments and activities throughout Singapore and ASEAN region.

·  Develop and implement strategic plans to promote business growth and support market expansion.

·  Collaborate closely with local teams and key departments to ensure the successful rollout of business initiatives.

·  Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

·  Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and risks.

·  Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management regarding the business development status.

·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and HR, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.


Qualifications Required:

·  Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university preferably in Engineering or related field.

Preferences:

·  Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role managing business developments in Water Treatment and Chemical business.

·  Strong knowledge of Water Treatment & Chemicals related to Electronics sector

·  Exceptional abilities in strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision-making.

·  Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating teams and driving performance.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·  Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
