Job Description

• Provide bilingual (English–Chinese) support to the General Manager, including on-site interpretation and translation of business documents.
• Assist with daily administrative matters, calendar management, meeting arrangements, and travel planning.
• Provide driving support to the General Manager when required, ensuring journeys are safe, punctual, and kept strictly confidential.
• Coordinate communication and liaison across internal departments, external partners, and government agencies.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts and provide interpretation and translation support when required.
• Willing to learn and able to adapt, including picking up industry-related terminology (mining, construction, engineering, etc.).
• Holder of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a good driving record.
• Good time-management and trip-planning skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, including at construction and mining project sites.
• A strong sense of responsibility, professional integrity, and strict confidentiality.
• Able to accommodate flexible or irregular working hours when required.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas, including to construction and mining project sites.

• 持有新加坡 3 号驾照（Class 3），驾驶记录良好。
• 具备良好的时间管理和行程规划能力。
• 能适应快节奏及具有一定体力要求的工作环境，包括建筑和矿业项目现场。
• 具备责任心、职业操守及严格的保密意识。
• 能在需要时配合灵活或不定时工作时间。
• 愿意配合国内外出差，包括前往建筑及矿业项目现场。
