This role leads overall business operations in Singapore with full accountability for country performance, profitability, and sustainable growth, driving local strategy aligned with SEA and Group objectives while ensuring strong governance, operational excellence, people leadership, and ESG compliance.

Job Responsibilities:
Business & Strategy

• Lead and execute Singapore’s business strategy aligned with SEA and Group priorities
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
• Identify new business opportunities and represent the company with key customers and stakeholders

Financial & Performance Management

• Hold full P&L accountability for Singapore operations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Group and statutory requirements

Operations & Service Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations to ensure service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Implement Group standards, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage operational risks and ensure contractual service delivery

People & Leadership

• Lead and develop a high-performing Singapore team
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and performance management
• Foster an ethical, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Group governance frameworks
• Manage business and operational risks and support audit processes

Sustainability & ESG

• Integrate ESG and sustainability into business strategy and operations
• Support regional and Group sustainability and social responsibility initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in logistics / freight forwarding / supply chain, including GM / Country Head–level roles
• Proven track record in P&L ownership, commercial leadership, and business growth
• Experience working in regional matrix organisations with Group and regional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, customer solutions, and regional trade
• Demonstrated people leadership, change management, and governance capabilities
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; regional languages an advantage
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
