General Maintenance Worker
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on General Maintenance staff to support the upkeep and maintenance of our company premises. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out general handyman duties, maintaining cleanliness of the building and surrounding areas, and ensuring the premises remain safe, clean, and operational at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general handyman and maintenance works, including minor repairs and touch-up painting.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance and troubleshooting works.
• Conduct routine inspection and upkeep of building facilities and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the premises, including disposal of rubbish and waste management.
• Perform landscaping and outdoor maintenance works such as grass cutting and clearing of debris.
• Ensure proper maintenance of building fixtures, fittings, lighting, and equipment.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repair or servicing works when required.
• Report maintenance issues, defects, and safety concerns to management promptly.
• Assist in ad-hoc operational and maintenance duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical works, or handyman repairs.
• Able to operate basic maintenance tools and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform outdoor and manual work.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, landscaping, or related work will be an advantage.
• Possession of Class 3 driving licence is an advantage (optional, if applicable).

Working Conditions

• Work may involve both indoor and outdoor duties.
• May be required to carry out maintenance works outside normal working hours when necessary.
