Responsibilities

• Act as the primary advocate for the game product, representing both player and business needs.
• Assist with the development and refinement of game mechanics through prototyping and iteration.
• Analyze and conduct research on player needs and understanding the elements contributing to player satisfaction and enjoyment, especially the first time user experience.
• Assist to conceptualize, implement, and maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state, addictive game loops, and a risk/reward balance.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive documentation of the design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups that details the triggers, interactions, and subsequent events of specific features or aspects of gameplay.
• Collaborate with engineers and artists to ensure proper implementation of the game features designed.

Requirements

• Minimum a bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, economics, architecture or other related fields.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy across tasks and documentation.
• Critical thinker who comprehends various perspectives and excels at evaluating information objectively.
