Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Fund Operations Manager to lead the establishment and management of operational frameworks for both Singapore-based and offshore fund vehicles. You will oversee the full lifecycle of fund operations—from setup to day-to-day management—while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and seamless client service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Fund Setup & Structuring: Lead the incorporation and maintenance of Singapore VCCs (Variable Capital Companies) and offshore funds, establishing robust operational structures.

· End-to-End Operations: Independently manage daily fund operations, including client onboarding, KYC (Know Your Client), FATCA/CRS compliance, account management, and risk control.

· Transaction Support: Handle subscriptions, redemptions, share registration, and fund transfers, ensuring accurate and timely settlement.

· Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting; coordinate internal and external audits.

· Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for investors, custodian banks, legal firms, and corporate secretaries, resolving operational issues effectively.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of fund operations experience, with a strong background in Singapore-based fund management companies or financial institutions.

· In-depth knowledge of MAS regulations, KYC/AML procedures, and FATCA compliance.

· Proven experience in setting up and managing VCC or offshore fund structures.

· Highly self-motivated and proactive, capable of handling multiple tasks independently while fostering strong teamwork.

· Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with clients and regulatory bodies.
