Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner
• Manage and serve food and drinks
• Established rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
• Perform opening and closing
• Presenting menus, taking orders, keying of order and collecting feedback from customer
• Cleaning up, clear tables and maintain cleanliness of floor area
• Cashiering
• Perform caller procedure
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor/Management

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of food and beverage service experience
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
