As a Service Crew Member, you are the heartbeat of our customer experience. From warmly welcoming guests, coordinating dine-in and takeaway orders, crafting refreshing beverages at the bar, to ensuring smooth cashier operations — you are key to delivering excellence in every interaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔸 Cashier Duties

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and process orders accurately
• Handle cash and digital transactions securely and efficiently
• Ensure a clean and organized cashier station at all times

🔸 Bar Crew Support

• Prepare and serve drinks (teas, soft drinks, special beverages) with consistency and flair
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards when handling food and beverages

🔸 Hostess Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they are seated promptly
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations using the seating chart
• Uphold a calm, composed, and helpful demeanor during busy periods

🔸 Main Station Coordinator (Dine-In & Takeaway)

• Coordinate seamless flow of dine-in and takeaway orders
• Work closely with kitchen, service, and delivery team to ensure timeliness and accuracy
• Anticipate needs, solve issues proactively, and communicate clearly with team members

• Passionate about people and hospitality
• Energetic, positive, and ready to be part of a close-knit team
• Willing to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Working in Chinese Restaurant environment to serve non and Chinese speaking customers. Able to converse in both English and Mandarin are essential.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and carry food trays
• Prior F&B experience is a bonus, but not required — we welcome fast learners!
