Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the school’s website, ensuring that content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the school’s brand identity.
  • Develop and implement social media content plans across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to highlight school events, achievements, and community engagement.
  • Monitor online interactions and respond proactively to foster a positive and responsive digital presence.
  • Conceptualize and produce promotional videos, from scripting to publishing, to effectively showcase school programmes and testimonials.
  • Develop, design, and oversee marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, and prospectuses to ensure brand consistency.
  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all communication channels and campaigns.
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to build relationships with local childcare centres, kindergartens, and other feeder schools.
  • Organise and represent the school at outreach initiatives, cultural events, exhibitions, and contests that promote the school’s values and strengths.
  • Strengthen partnerships within the ASEAN region, working alongside the Business Manager to expand the school’s visibility and network.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with agents to monitor market trends, educational developments, and shifts in foreign student destinations.
  • Conduct market surveys and competitor scans to understand community perceptions, trends, and preferences in education.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (e.g., social media analytics, website traffic, event turnout).
  • Analyse findings and present actionable insights to refine marketing strategies and inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or public relations (education sector experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and writing skills; ability to create engaging content.
  • Proficiency in website management, basic design tools (e.g., Canva/Adobe), and video editing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret marketing data/insights.
  • Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a good eye for branding.
  • Proactive and independent, able to manage projects while working well in a team.
  • Passion for education and willingness to represent the school at events.
  • Conversant in the Chinese language would be an advantage.
