Full-Time General Cleaner (Office Building)

Location: Mohamed Sultan Road (River Valley)

Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Monday to Friday (1-hour break)

Rest days: Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

Salary: $2,080 per month

Role structure

This position is assigned to a single fixed location: a 10-storey office building. The building is serviced by one cleaner.

• Fixed work site. You will be deployed to this building only. There is no rotation between client sites and no short-notice redeployment.
• Independent working. You will manage your own daily routine within the assigned schedule, with periodic supervisory checks rather than direct on-site supervision.
• Fixed schedule. Working hours and rest days are as stated above, with a five-day work week.

Please note

• The role is physically demanding. It requires standing and active work for the duration of the shift, across 10 floors, with all cleaning duties for the building carried out by one person.
• The successful applicant must be able to work independently and maintain a consistent routine without close supervision.

Scope of work

The building has 10 floors, served by [a passenger lift / lifts], with one restroom cubicle per floor.

Daily duties

Restrooms (all floors)

• Clean and sanitise toilet, sink, mirror and floor
• Replenish soap, toilet paper and paper towels

Common areas and lift lobbies

• Sweep, mop and wipe down

Office and workspace areas

• Sweep, mop and wipe down desks and shared surfaces
• Clear and reset meeting rooms and pantry areas

Waste management

• Collect waste from all floors and replace bin liners
• Maintain cleanliness of the waste disposal area

High-touch surfaces

• Wipe and disinfect door handles, lift buttons, handrails and switches

Rotational duties

• Vacuuming and dusting of office areas
• Internal glass and partitions
• Staircases

A written daily checklist will be provided, setting out daily and rotational duties.

Equipment, hygiene and safety

• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and tools properly
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely
• Wear the personal protective equipment (PPE) provided where required
• Comply with workplace safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Report hazards, damage or safety concerns to your supervisor promptly

All equipment, chemicals, PPE and uniform are provided by the Company.

Requirements

• Able to work independently and manage a daily routine without close supervision
• Physically fit for a full shift of active cleaning work
• Reliable and punctual. As the building is serviced by a single cleaner, consistent attendance is essential
• Prior cleaning experience is an advantage but not required; training will be provided

Other terms

• You may occasionally be required to provide cover at another site or to carry out additional reasonable duties. Your assigned work location remains this building.
• Duties may be adjusted from time to time as reasonably necessary, in line with the nature of the role.

• 清洁并消毒马桶、洗手台、镜子及地板
• 补充肥皂、卫生纸及纸巾

公共区域及电梯大堂

• 扫地、拖地及擦拭

办公及工作区域

• 扫地、拖地及擦拭办公桌与共用表面
• 整理并复位会议室及茶水间

垃圾管理

• 收集各楼层垃圾并更换垃圾袋
• 保持垃圾处理区域清洁

高频接触表面

• 擦拭并消毒门把手、电梯按钮、扶手及开关

轮值职责

• 办公区域吸尘及除尘
• 内部玻璃及隔断
• 楼梯

将提供书面每日清洁检查表,列明每日及轮值工作项目。

设备、卫生与安全

• 正确使用并保养清洁设备与工具
• 安全处理及存放清洁化学品
• 在需要时穿戴公司提供的个人防护装备(PPE)
• 时刻遵守职场安全与卫生标准
• 如发现危险、损坏或安全问题,请及时向主管报告

所有设备、化学品、PPE及制服均由公司提供。

任职要求

• 能够独立工作,并在无需密切监督的情况下管理每日工作
• 体能良好,能胜任全班次的积极清洁工作
• 可靠且守时。由于本大楼由一名清洁工独立负责,持续稳定的出勤至关重要
• 有清洁工作经验者优先,惟经验不是必要条件;公司将提供培训

其他条款

• 您可能偶尔需要到其他地点支援,或执行其他合理的额外职责。您的指定工作地点仍为本大楼。
