About the Role
Join Ton Coffee, a growing brand known for serving quality coffee, freshly prepared food, and warm customer service.
We are looking for passionate and reliable local baristas and service crew to join our expanding team.

You will play an important role in preparing beverages, serving customers, and maintaining smooth café operations in a clean, structured, and friendly environment.

This is a day-shift only position – no late nights, no split shifts, and two consecutive rest days guaranteed.

Working Hours

• 5 days per week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)
• Two consecutive rest days guaranteed
• Working hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, depending on outlet
• Meal provided (based on outlet offerings)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Ton Coffee’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Serve customers in a polite, efficient, and friendly manner during peak breakfast and lunch hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all café areas, including bar, counter, and seating zones.
• Assist with café opening and closing routines (equipment setup, replenishing supplies, and cleaning).
• Support light food preparation, such as toasting baguettes or plating items for service.
• Ensure product consistency, presentation quality, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and positive customer experiences.
• Uphold Ton Coffee’s service values, teamwork, and brand standards at all times.

Job Requirements

• Singaporean / PR only
• Positive attitude, punctual, and reliable
• Prior barista or café experience preferred, but training will be provided
• Basic English communication required
• Candidates with a valid Food Hygiene Certificate will have an advantage
• Able to start early (around 7 AM) and work one weekend day each week
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Suitable for individuals seeking a stable, long-term role in F&B

  Placement based on proximity and operational needs.

Remuneration

• Salary commensurate with experience
