We are seeking a full-time Front of House Crew to support the daily operations of a Japanese Restaurant. The role involves customer service, maintaining cleanliness and assisting with general restaurant duties to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience for customers.


Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to customers according to service standards
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dinging and service areas
- Ensure restaurant premises are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Handle basic customer requests and enquiries in a courteous manner
- Comply with food hygiene, safety and workplace regulations
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Job Requirements
- Able to perform physically demanding duties, including standing for long hours and washing dishes
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Responsible, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures

Working hours
- 11:00AM - 2:30PM(Lunch Service)
- 5:00PM - 10:00PM(Dinner Service)
- 4 or 5 working days per week

Rest Days
- Fixed rest day : Tuesday
- Additional rest day : One weekday(rotational)

Salary & Benefits
- Starting from $1,600 per month, commensurate with experience
