We are seeking a creative and user-focused designer to craft engaging experiences across web, mobile, and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with project stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and design requirements, and conduct user research to deliver actionable insights that inform intuitive, impactful design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and development teams to understand user needs, business objectives, and design requirements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, mobile apps, and posters.
• Present design solutions to internal teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Identify user pain points and propose research initiatives to gather insights (usability testing, surveys, interviews).
• Translate research findings into strategic, user-centered design recommendations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with brand and design system guidelines.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to implement designs accurately.
• Participate in front-end development (training provided).

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, user-centered thinking, research, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma or similar.
• Experienced in requirement gathering via workshops, interviews, and research.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to communicate ideas through storytelling, storyboards, mood boards, flowcharts, and presentations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills; strong collaboration abilities.
• High attention to detail; ensures designs adhere to system and brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good business acumen; understands and contributes to business goals.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, project management, and front-end development is a plus.
