Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $2300 to $2600 (depending on experience)

• Monthly Rest Days: 5 days

• Annual Leave: In accordance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Regulations

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 7:00pm OR 12:00pm – 9:00pm

• Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Manage front desk reception and customer service

• Maintain and manage existing customer base

• Proactively arrange and confirm customer appointments

• Answer appointment calls and handle customer enquiries

• Assist in solving customer issues and providing support

• Introduce salon services and promotions to customers

• Perform basic computer work such as filling forms and data entry

• On-the-job training will be provided

Job Requirements

• Experience in front desk work at a beauty salon / spa is preferred

• Proficient in basic computer skills (forms, records, scheduling)

• Relevant work experience is required
