The Foreman is responsible for supervising daily on-site installation of uPVC windows and doors. This role ensures work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Job Description

• Lead and supervise installation teams on-site
• Ensure installation works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Monitor workmanship quality and alignment with project requirements
• Coordinate site activities and ensure timely completion
• Assign tasks to workers and installers
• Supervise and guide workers to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Train new workers on proper work procedures and safety practices
• Monitor worker discipline and attendance
• Enforce safety regulations in factory and on-site
• Conduct toolbox briefings and ensure use of PPE
• Identify and report potential hazards
• Ensure compliance with company safety SOPs
• Inspect materials, production output, and installation work
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Ensure final work meets company and client standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in uPVC windows/doors manufacturing and installation
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, assembly, and installation processes
• Experience supervising factory workers and site installation teams
• Good understanding of drawings and technical specifications
• Familiar with tools, machinery, and materials used in uPVC production
• Basic knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work in both factory and site environments
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
