Responsibilities

• Perform body and foot massage therapy to meet client relaxation and wellness needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organized presentation of equipment and product inventory to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Acknowledge and respond promptly to customer queries and needs to enhance client satisfaction
• Uphold hygiene standards and comply with health and safety regulations to ensure client and staff safety
• Assist with reception duties, including greeting clients and managing appointments, to support smooth daily operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience as a foot reflexologist to deliver specialized massage services
• Effective communication skills to engage with customers clearly and courteously
