Our client, a leading player in the Food & Ingredients industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Food Technologist be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects and support R&D projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply emulsifiers for cakes, rolls, and pastries.
• Formulate new food improvers and bakery recipes; conduct shelf-life testing.
• Perform baking trials, product evaluations, and comparison tests.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers; troubleshoot on-site.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure products meet client requirements.
• Propose innovative concepts based on market trends and business needs.
• Present products and conduct live demos/seminars.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Food Technology or related field.
• Experience in R&D in flour milling, bakery, related ingredient industries
