Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the central kitchen and food processing activities.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise food production schedules to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with SFA requirements.

• Manage production workflow including food preparation, processing, packing, and storage.

• Supervise kitchen and production staff, including training and work allocation.

• Monitor inventory levels, raw materials usage, and production costs.

• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and work areas.

• Coordinate with delivery and logistics team to ensure timely distribution of products.

• Implement improvements to increase productivity and operational efficiency.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.
