Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage overall central kitchen operations
* Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet business demand
* Oversee sauce formulation consistency and product quality standards
* Ensure full compliance with SFA food safety and hygiene regulations
* Establish SOPs for production workflow and quality control
* Manage cost control, wastage reduction and operational efficiency
* Oversee procurement planning and supplier coordination
* Supervise and develop production team leaders
* Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Support business expansion and scaling of food production capacity
Requirements
* Minimum 4–5 years of experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen management
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality control systems
* Experience in managing production planning and cost optimisation
* Leadership and team management experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
