Roles & Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• In charge of food manufacturing and day to day operation such as grinding of spices. Monitoring the input and output of goods and raw materials

· To lead and work with the production team in fulfilling the order demands and ensure good quality of product such as Chilli, White Pepper, & Curry Powder etc.

. To overlook weekly production schedule based on orders received and safety stock requirement. To plan through weekly volume utilizing targeted rates

· Monitor food manufacturing machines and make adjustments to the controls for devices. Ensure daily and weekly progress are achieved and in line with targeted rates.

· Program manufacturing equipment to operate according to company and recipe standards and make changes to cooking temperature and time. Able to lead and direct all functions and team members within the department

· React to any type of alarms or malfunctions of the equipment and operate the shut-off switch when necessary

· Load raw ingredients into the manufacturing machines and measure the amount needed by following the company's recipes. Forecast and maintain proper inventories of required supplies.

· Comprehend written instructions and recipes from the company and comply strictly according to the recipe for each batch of production and record processing time accurately

· Verify that each finished item meets the quality standards of the company. Adhere to deadlines and delivers quality work.

· Ensure all machines are sanitized at the end of each shift and workspace cleanliness at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards.

· Maintain high standard of food hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness in the workplace and ensure full compliance to HACCP and other food safety standards.

· Maintain and improve workplace environmental, health and safety standards. Maintain a positive, supportive, and appreciative attitude

Essential Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in identifying and improving processes and procedures

• Ability to build, motivate, and develop strong teams

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to recognize a problem, root cause, and begin initial troubleshooting and resolution efforts.

• Strong relationship management skills

• Functional understanding of volume and target planning
