Job Summary

You will develop and manage retail and wholesale accounts across Singapore, acquire new customers to increase market share, and ensure products are well represented and available in stores. You will work closely with operations and logistics teams to maintain smooth delivery and stock levels while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of retail and wholesale accounts across Singapore to grow business
• Identify and acquire new customers to expand market share in the FMCG sector
• Maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, minimarts, and provision shops to support sales growth
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet company goals
• Conduct regular store visits to verify product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards
• Negotiate promotions, shelf space, and display placements to maximize product exposure
• Monitor competitors’ activities and provide timely market feedback to inform sales strategies
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and timely stock replenishment
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to support management decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience or relevant retail sales experience
• Good knowledge of the Singapore retail market including supermarkets, minimarts, and provision shops
• Strong communication and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful sales interactions
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred)
