Key Responsibilities / 工作职责

• Design and prepare bouquets, flower stands, wreaths, table arrangements and customised floral designs.
  设计及制作花束、花篮、花圈、桌花及各类客制化花艺作品。
• Prepare sympathy and funeral floral arrangements.
  制作丧礼及追思会花艺布置。
• Assist in floral decoration setup and dismantling at funeral parlours, event venues and customer locations.
  协助灵堂、活动场地及客户现场的花艺布置与拆除。
• Receive, process, condition and maintain fresh flowers to ensure quality and freshness.
  接收、修剪、养护及保存鲜花，确保花材品质。
• Monitor flower inventory and assist in stock replenishment.
  管理花材库存及协助补货。
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the floral workshop.
  保持花艺工作室整洁及有序。
• Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
  与营运团队紧密合作，确保客户订单准时完成。
• Provide professional customer service and recommend suitable floral arrangements based on customers’ requirements.
  提供专业客户服务，并根据客户需求推荐合适的花艺设计。
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.
  完成公司安排的其他相关工作。

• Candidates with or without florist experience are welcome to apply.

• Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
  无经验者，公司将提供完整培训。
• Passionate about flowers and floral design.
  热爱花艺设计。
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
  工作认真负责，态度积极，愿意学习。
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  能独立工作并具备团队合作精神。
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and handle floral materials.
  身体健康，能够长时间站立及搬运花材。
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to roster.
  能接受轮班、周末及公共假期工作安排。
