Our client, a brokerage firm in Singapore and a clearing member of Singapore Exchange Derivatives Trading (SGX-DT), offers a comprehensive range of asset classes including Shares, CFDs, Futures & Options, Foreign Exchange, and Precious Metals. Clients — including investors, professional traders, and corporates — can access a suite of electronic trading platforms tailored to their investment profiles.

The firm is expanding its sales force and is seeking driven and ambitious individuals to grow with the business. This role is suited for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are motivated by performance-based earnings. The Financial Sales Associate will support client servicing and provide investment and trading solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage client relationships, providing tailored derivatives and trading solutions

• Educate clients on financial market trends, risk management, and trading strategies

• Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets

• Monitor market developments to provide timely and relevant insights to clients

• Proactively monitor existing client activity to assess needs and provide appropriate trading support

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including post-sales servicing

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales drive

• Results-oriented with keen interest in financial markets

• Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal skills with consultative sales approach

• Demonstrated interest in equities, finance, and commodity markets

• Prior experience in sales, finance, or trading is advantageous but not mandatory

• Training will be provided for fresh graduates or career switch candidates

• Minimum Diploma qualification (Finance-related discipline preferred)

• Candidates must obtain CMFAS certifications including RES5, RES1A, RES2A, CM-EIP, and CM-SIP
