About:

We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to support the organization’s financial management and planning activities. This role will contribute to financial transparency, business decision-making, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Support the budgeting and financial forecasting process, providing insights to support strategic financial planning.
• Analyze financial data to evaluate company performance, trends, and potential improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare management reports for internal review.
• Ensure financial reporting complies with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
• Prepare financial reports and documentation in English and Korean when required by the regional headquarters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or financial planning.
• Proficiency in Korean and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders at the headquarters.
• Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities with the ability to explain financial data clearly.

Remuneration Package:

• Up to $6,000 with Variable Bonus
• Location: Tanjong Pagar
