Job Summary

We are expanding our team to serve cross-border high-net-worth families and business owners. This role goes beyond traditional insurance advisory, involving comprehensive planning across wealth protection, cross-border asset structuring, family residency, overseas education, business expansion, and legacy succession.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with high-net-worth and cross-border clients to deliver tailored financial planning solutions
• Design and implement holistic financial plans that integrate insurance with broader wealth management strategies
• Structure long-term asset protection and succession plans to secure clients’ wealth across generations
• Collaborate effectively with legal, tax, and corporate specialists to ensure comprehensive and compliant client solutions
• Uphold rigorous ethical standards and apply a client-first advisory approach to build trust and long-term partnerships

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Existing client resources or business networks to support business development efforts (preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior experience in finance, wealth management, consulting, or business development
• Demonstrated cross-border exposure or experience serving high-net-worth clients
• Commitment to building a long-term career in Singapore with a focus on strategic, client-centric planning
