Financial Accountant (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid strategic decision-making.

• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government agencies as required.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or equivalent) and MS Office applications.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
