Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for managing finance operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls across SEA entities. This role supports regional stakeholders while driving process improvements and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee AP, AR, and GL functions across SEA
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and review financial statements and statutory accounts
Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
Act as regional finance contact for SEA entities
Lead and develop the accounting team
Improve finance processes, controls, and efficiencies
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and authorities
Support audits and regulatory submissions
Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/CIMA qualification
10+ years of accounting and finance experience, with team leadership exposure
Manufacturing or logistics industry experience preferred
Experience in process improvement initiatives is advantageous
