Reporting to the Regional Controller, the Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, statutory and tax compliance, and internal controls across all SEA entities. The role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting in line with accounting standards, company policies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger) across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, reports, and management analyses.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of statutory accounts.
• Serve as the primary finance liaison for all SEA sites.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Review and improve finance workflows to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.
• Drive standardisation, automation, and process improvements across financial operations.
• Manage tax and regulatory filings, working closely with tax agents and local authorities to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with external auditors to support audits and ensure timely submission of statutory financial statements and filings.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
