Key Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts, including month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Handle project billing, invoicing, and payment processing for Singapore and regional projects.
• Monitor billing schedules, work-in-progress, and project milestones.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors, banks, tax agents, and the company secretary.
• Support finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma, Partial ACCA, or equivalent in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of A2000 accounting software and regional tax regulations is an advantage.
• Meticulous, proactive, organized, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
