Job Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between the Advancement Office and HQ Finance on fundraising and donation-related matters, including the coordination of staff donation processes
• Maintain accurate records of staff donations and prepare regular reports with analysis and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Payroll, Shared Services, and Finance to ensure smooth and timely operations
• Monitor donation activities, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues through effective communication and follow-up
• Support process improvements by working closely with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Assist in data compilation and reporting to support Finance and Advancement Office initiatives

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
