Responsibilities: 

• Process trade-related payments and receipts accurately and promptly. 

• Perform reconciliation of client accounts to ensure precision and compliance. 

• Assist in resolving discrepancies while collaborating with relevant stakeholders. 

• Support system implementation and engage in process improvement initiatives. 

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory guidelines, and best practices. 

• Undertake other assigned tasks as necessary. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy. 

• Proficient problem-solving and adaptability abilities. 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

• Experience with programming automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Agentic AI, or Macros is an advantage.
