Our client is a market leader in Logistics industry. They are looking for a Finance Executive (AR) to assist the team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at West of Singapore– easily accessible. The Finance Executive is responsible for:

Duties

1. AR Management & Collections – Reduce AR aging, optimise collections, and manage daily collection activities, including liaising with customers and internal stakeholders.
2. Invoicing & Statements – Prepare and issue sales invoices, debit notes, and statements of accounts to customers.
3. Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing – Assist in journal preparation, balance sheet schedules, and follow up on outstanding items for month-end closing.
4. Reconciliation & Audit Support – Reconcile inter-company balances, bank items, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
5. Collaboration & Process Improvement – Work with internal stakeholders to enhance AR processes, operational efficiency, and participate in digitalisation or system enhancement projects.
6. Ad-Hoc Duties – Perform other assigned tasks as required to support the finance and business units.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent with 2 years of experience
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Accounting ERP such as SAP Hana
