Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support the company’s accounting and finance operations. This role covers end-to-end accounting functions, statutory reporting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The position also provides exposure to finance system implementation and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of management accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Process invoices, payments, billings, and collections accurately and on a timely basis.
• Work closely with Project Teams to follow up on billing status and collection forecasts.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings in compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of yearly tax computations and statutory submissions.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents during audits, tax reviews, and statutory reporting exercises.
• Support finance system implementation or enhancement projects, including testing and process alignment.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Hands-on experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Working knowledge of Singapore GST and corporate tax requirements.
• Experience liaising with auditors and tax agents is preferred.
• Exposure to ERP or accounting systems will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
