Key Responsibilities

• Control of media project and client billing lifecycle.

• Ensure media plans and cost estimates are signed-off on a timely basis and client purchase orders are received prior to work commencing.
• Ensure WIP accounts are reconciled and reviewed to ensure timely billing and recovery of costs.
• Regular meetings with Business teams to ensure media costs are closely monitored, manage billing queries/disputes and status of media plans are updated timely.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing to clients.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Preparation of monthly reports and balance sheet schedules with commentaries.
• Ensure compliance with audit, statutory and client requirements.
• Participate and coordinate the commercial team in statutory, internal and client audits exercises.
• Streamlining and improving the billings and reconciliation process and identifying areas of performance improvement.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently as well as within a team
• Naturally thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Media Agency or MNCs will be added advantage
