Position: Finance Executive / Bookkeeper
Location: Singapore

Salary: $2,000 – $2,800 per month (commensurate with experience)
Work arrangement: 100% onsite

About Us
We are a growing organisation in the sports and education space, managing multiple brands and programmes. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Executive / Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Manage invoicing, receipts, and payment collections
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Maintain and update accounting systems (e.g. Xero or similar)
• Process refunds, track credits, and maintain accurate customer balances
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end closing
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax agents
• Support GST filing and compliance
• Assist with payroll processing and expense claims
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
