We are looking for a Finance Director to strengthen reporting, controls, audit readiness, and finance operations as we scale across institutional clients and partner channels.

💡Role Focus

This is a senior finance execution role for someone who can raise the quality of reporting, controls, and audit preparedness across the business. You will work closely with management and external advisors to improve reporting discipline, support audit workstreams, prepare for PCAOB-level requirements, and help build a finance function that is ready for the standards of a listed company.

🚀What you’ll own

• Lead finance readiness across reporting, close processes, controls, and audit support.
• Coordinate preparation for PCAOB audit requirements, including schedules, documentation, support files, and issue tracking.
• Improve the quality of monthly and quarterly reporting, including management packs, reconciliations, and disclosure support.
• Help design and document internal controls and a practical SOX-readiness roadmap.
• Work with auditors, legal counsel, tax advisors, and bankers across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support technical accounting work on revenue recognition, complex transactions, and finance policy documentation.
• Build a finance function that is disciplined, responsive, and ready for external scrutiny.

🎯Ideal background

• 10+ years in controllership, financial reporting, audit, transaction accounting, or public-company readiness.
• Strong grounding in IFRS and comfort working toward PCAOB-quality audit support and documentation standards.
• Experience working with cross-border businesses, external auditors, and senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
• Prior Big 4, listed company, or IPO / de-SPAC readiness experience is highly valuable.
