A major component of the role includes managing relationships with external regulatory bodies and government agencies to align internal models with national policies, subvention frameworks, and evolving funding methodologies. skills and experience required.
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a relevant degree in accountancy, finance, business, or an equivalent discipline, coupled with a minimum of 15 years of progressive professional experience. A strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), combined with a proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise system implementations or corporate finance transformations, is essential. Prior experience operating within public healthcare, statutory boards, or complex public sector environments is highly preferred.
