A leading and fast-growing infrastructure platform is seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Finance Director to lead the Group’s finance function across APAC. Reporting directly to the CEO, this highly visible leadership role will partner closely with senior management, investors, lenders, joint venture partners, and key stakeholders to support the company’s continued expansion and strategic growth initiatives.

The Finance Director will oversee all aspects of corporate finance, treasury, debt and project financing, financial reporting, tax, compliance, budgeting, governance, and banking relationships. The role will play a key part in driving capital raising activities, financing strategies, and supporting large-scale infrastructure and development projects across the region. This position requires a strong balance of strategic leadership and operational execution within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key responsibilities include leading financing and refinancing activities, managing lender and investor relationships, overseeing financial planning and performance management, strengthening governance and internal controls, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and investment decisions. The role will also lead and develop the regional finance team while partnering cross-functionally with operational and project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 12–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within infrastructure, data centres, real estate, investment, or other asset-intensive industries. Strong expertise in corporate finance, debt financing, treasury, project financing, and stakeholder management is essential, alongside proven leadership capability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
