• Position: Finance Director
• Location: Near Tuas West Road MRT
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $15,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical

Main Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership & Governance

• Lead full finance & accounting function
• Oversee accurate monthly management reporting
• Strengthen internal controls, approval limits & governance framework

Cash Flow & Working Capital (Critical)

• Manage weekly/monthly cash flow forecasting
• Improve AR collections & optimize AP payment terms
• Ensure strong project & service cash planning

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Lead annual budget & rolling forecasts
• Monitor cost variances (OT, travel, spares, subcontractors)
• Drive cost optimization initiatives

Project & Service Profitability

• Analyze margins by project, contract & customer
• Review engineer utilization & overtime impact
• Support pricing for tenders & service agreements

Strategic & Commercial Support

• Act as finance partner to CEO / MD
• Conduct financial evaluation & scenario planning
• Oversee CAPEX planning & investment decisions

Risk, Compliance & Governance

• Manage auditors, tax agents & banking relationships
• Oversee GST & tax compliance
• Review insurance coverage & contractual financial risks

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in finance leadership and senior management roles
• Proven track record in senior financial management positions such as CFO, Finance Director or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing, marine, maritime or related industrial sectors will be an advantage
• Able to travel regionally as required for business needs
