Job Description
Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and Bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.
- Support month-end closing and management reporting.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and authorities.
- Support GST submissions and corporate tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS requirements.
HR & Administrative Support
- Provide basic HR support for Onboarding and offboarding processes and work pass applications (where required)
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Assist with leave, attendance, and claims administration.
- Support training coordination and employee activities as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
- No prior HR experience required. Training will be provided.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero) is an advantage.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
