Job Description

Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and Bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.
  • Support month-end closing and management reporting.
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and authorities.
  • Support GST submissions and corporate tax filings.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS requirements.

HR & Administrative Support

  • Provide basic HR support for Onboarding and offboarding processes and work pass applications (where required)
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Assist with leave, attendance, and claims administration.
  • Support training coordination and employee activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • No prior HR experience required. Training will be provided.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero) is an advantage.
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
