JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support daily business operations while playing an active role in delivering quality client servicing across engagements
• Prepare polished client proposals, presentations, and reports that make a strong impression and support business development
• Coordinate with clients on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure expectations are clearly set and consistently met
• Attend client meetings and provide thorough administrative support including timely follow-ups and accurate documentation
• Monitor project progress and help uphold service standards and deadlines across all active client engagements
• Prepare clear meeting notes, reports, and internal updates that keep all teams informed and aligned
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth and seamless execution of client deliverables
• Manage client enquiries professionally across email, phone, and digital channels while actively contributing ideas to elevate the overall service experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in client management, operations, or business strategy
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced team setting
