Engineer's Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes & NPI preparation.
• Design and develop the assembly Jig and fixture for assemblies.
• Familiar with Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
• Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation & Material Review Board (MRB) review.
• Prepare manufacturing work instruction.
• Continues improvement project.

Requirements:

• NITEC/ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Experience in final assembly process is a plus.
• Must be committed to work towards the project delivery and commissioning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess problems or issues.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Knowledge in Industrial automation and/or SMT process will be advantages.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
