Responsibilities

• Perform onsite troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools.
• Conduct equipment inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Provide operator training on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records.
• Respond to customer service requests and provide technical support.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company safety standards.
• Work closely with the service team to deliver timely and professional after-sales support.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in field service or equipment maintenance.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience servicing construction equipment, material handling equipment, heavy machinery, industrial equipment, forklifts, or similar mobile equipment is preferred.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
