Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime

• Deliver strong customer service and technical support

• Prepare accurate service reports and maintenance documentation

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations

Requirements

• Minimum ITE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• At least 3 years of field service / maintenance / technical support experience

• Able to read schematics/technical diagrams and perform troubleshooting

• Hands-on with diagnostic tools and equipment

• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset

• Possess valid Class 3 driving license (Singapore)

• Able to work independently and support after-hours / urgent cases when required
