Job Description:

• Provide product technical support to customer.
• Communicate with Customer, Head Office, Agent and relevant parties for products supports.
• Support company's CMP and other equipment.
• Support Company products
• Other Adhoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in engineering, technical support, Field Service role of Semiconductor Industry Equipment.
• Preferably with some years of experience and related knowledge in semiconductor
• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering
• Able to work independently and in collaboration with other team members.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, can work under stress, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work non office hour and on-call support (Not frequent, OT is paid)
