Job Scope

• Automation system installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Setup electronics controllers, PC, and install software.
• Perform on site machine buy-off as per agreed customer requirements
• Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes to effectively repair equipment failures.
• Able to analyze electrical/electronic circuit, read machine logfiles to identify root cause for the problem
• Able to repair electrical components, setup robot software, PC software.
• Establish a seamless interface between customers and company.
• Demonstrate high integrity and work independently with minimal supervision
• Spearhead customer issues and coordinate with internal departments and customer stakeholders to resolve them efficiently. Escalate to management if necessary
• Respond to phone support and onsite support requests in accordance with SLA
• Prepare and present accurate, detailed service reports in a timely manner.

Requirement

• Diploma in Electronics / Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experiences in automation systems setup or service support
• Proficiency in installing software, configuration and setting up PCs and machines
