• Oversee the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of the company's products and components at customer locations.
• Perform periodic servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of client tool.
• Deliver high-quality work by providing effective service and technical support to customers.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding technical and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports and other records.
• Assist the sales team in securing service orders.
• Conduct product training sessions for customers.
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.
• Report non-conformances from customer site.
• Generation and documentation of reports and ensure all inspections requirements are met.

Job requirement

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing customer support.
• Experience in delivering technical training to groups is a strong advantage.
• Hand on experience and knowledge on robotic calibration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients.
• Bilingual (Chinese & English) to liaise with Chinese speaking associate
