FIELD AND WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
Job Description

Terranex Pte Ltd is seeking a Field and Warehouse Assistant to support both outdoor field activities and warehouse operations. This hands-on role involves equipment setup, basic field support, stock organisation, and general operation duties. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Field Support

• Assist with equipment setup, basic testing, and on-site demonstrations (robotic mowers, battery tools, turf equipment).

• Support agronomy or field trial activities by preparing materials and collecting simple data.

• Help the technical team during field visits and customer deployments.

• Perform simple troubleshooting under supervision.

Warehouse Operations

• Arrange, sort, and organise stocks in the warehouse.

• Assist with packing, labelling, stock movement, and inventory preparation.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse and storage areas.

• Load and unload equipment or goods safely.

Delivery & Logistics Support

• Assist with preparing orders for delivery.

• Support delivery activities, including loading items for customer drops (non-driving tasks unless licensed).

• Carry equipment and tools for on-site demos or setups.

General Operations

• Support day-to-day operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Follow safety procedures and comply with company work processes.

• Assist in basic maintenance of tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Physically fit and willing to work both outdoors and indoors.

• Willing to learn technical and operational skills (training provided).

• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Prior experience in warehouse, general labour, field support, or equipment handling is an advantage.

• Work Permit applicants from MOM-approved source countries are welcome.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Occasional Saturday or overtime support when required (rare).

Salary

• $1,600 – $2,200 per month

• Overtime paid according to MOM regulations
