Job Description:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a positive customer experience
• Cook and prepare food for customers’ as per the standard recipes
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
• Do cashering
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner
• Ensure appealing plate presentation
• Ensure area of responsibility are clean, tide and organised
• Ensure sufficient stock for daily operation; stocks and ingredients keep fresh and follow FEFO (first expired first out) system
• Any other duties as directed
