The F&B Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This role involves managing service standards, optimizing costs, training staff, and driving revenue growth while maintaining brand quality and compliance with health and safety regulations. 

How your day looks like? 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the F&B outlets. 
• Ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. 
• Monitor financial performance, including cost control, budgeting, and revenue generation.
• Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to enhance service excellence and team productivity. 
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and innovation. 
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement processes efficiently. 
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations. 
• Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience. 
• Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to boost sales and guest engagement. 
• Other Ah Hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in F&B operations within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant. 
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and cost controls. 
• Passion for hospitality, guest service, and team development. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
